Artikel: Hvorfor meditere?

Jeg begyndte en daglig praksis for ca 4 år siden.

Nogle dage er svære. Modstand kan komme på forskellig vis. Fx vil performeren bare gerne hurtigt videre. Det ka også svært at sidde med tankerne, følelserne og det, vi har med os, som kan være nemmere at drukne i arbejde, Netflix og andet.

Jeg giver dig her mine 4 vigtigste årsager til at meditere.

1. I roen kan vi mærke os selv

Jeg har brug for ro og stilhed. Det jeg før aldrig gjorde er nu blevet en luksus, jeg prioriterer hver dag, hvor jeg kan mærke, hvad jeg har brug for for at tage mig af mig selv. Så tankerne fx ikke løber af med mig. Så jeg bedre kan rumme, når jeg fx modtager en trist besked eller jeg har en udfordring, jeg skal løse. Eller der kommer en svær følelse op, som har brug for omsorg❤️

2. Reducere stress/regulere energi

Pauser er nødvendige for at regulere min energi. Fx for at få energien ned, så jeg fx ikke stresser for meget. Det har jeg utrolig nemt ved, og nu kan jeg med et enkelt værktøj få energien ned. Er jeg derimod træt, kan jeg få energien op. Nogle gange kan en lille pause på få minutter være transformerende. Andre dage kræver det mere.

3. Hjertets kraft – forbindelsen til vores kald

Mit arbejde er skabt ud af hjertets kraft og mit kald er at dele ud af hjertets kraft. Det er for mig forbindelsen til, der er større end os. Det er forbindelsen til medfølelse og taknemmelighed.

Desuden er der mange af mine arbejdsopgaver kan jeg ikke løse med mit hoved alene. Flere opgaver kræver forbindelse til min krop og hjerte. Det er undervurderede ressourcer af data, jeg ikke bevidst trak på tidligere – nærmere modsat hvor jeg var i hurtigt tempo uden at have kroppen eller hjertet med.❤️

4. Prioritering

Meditation hjælper mig til at mærke ikke kun hvad der er vigtigt for arbejdsdagen, men for mit liv. Hjertet kan hjælpe med at mærke, hvad det vigtigste er.

Det påvirker prioriteringen af det, jeg vælger at bruge min dag på. Hvordan jeg prioriterer min energi. Jeg har en intention med dagen, men efter en morgenmeditation kan prioriteringen ændre sig. Nogle ting jeg kan have sat mig for kan helt udgå.
